Offline I've been posting at the Urban Chat forums recently,mostly in their religion section. While there,i encountered a black theist named "vixxen". She claims to be a Christian,but says she is a "chosen Jew" and that all "white" people are evil. Here is a part of a recent thread. Since you aren't an atheist,you really can't talk about that kind of stuff. Atheism is a lack of belief in a deity,that's it. It has nothing to do with psychology,period.

Anything that abolishes or diminishes the idea that a higher power exists, is atheism. This includes so-called psychology, so-called Mother Nature, so-called Global Warming, etc.

Since i don't want to kill the thread starter's thread,i'll post what Atheism is from someone who is actually an Agnostic Atheist,and i'll leave this thread. Let's start from the Greek roots of the word:
A=from the Greek word meaning "without" or "lack of"
Theism= a belief in deities,or one deity
Put those together-----> A+Theism=a lack of belief in a deity or deities=AtheismYour definition is a selective one. You more than likely made it up just now. Anyway,if your god existed and "he" created everything,doesn't that mean he made that too? What’s funny is that there is no sch thing as “atheism.” Atheism is nothing more than a tool that God created to mock devils like you – your kind was MADE for the day of destruction. There is not much different from her argument and those of any other theist, actually...An incoherent rant, a total incredulity over the existence of atheism, a non sequitur definition that she defended on virtue of an ad hoc justification that is a form of begging the question, since she asserted "ability to enlighten on all subjects" defending this idea by asserting the very issue under consideration, hence assuming her conclusion in her premise. The grammar is utterly appalling, as is the spelling. There are a large number of threats of damnation, as is to be expected from theists, of course. Obviously, this is a form of ad baculum and is self-undermining, and demonstrates the ignorance and intellectual cowardice of your opposition. There is nothing but a slew of incoherent assertions punctuated by repeated demonstrations of the utter lack of education or intelligence on part of your interlocutor. She rejects fields and disciplines not on grounds of evidence for or against them, or based on a proper epistemological or methodological critique, but rather because it undermines a belief that is held without justification, hence in order to attack these disciplines, she asserts that they cannot be true because they stand in contradiction to preexisting beliefs, which in turn have no justification, and then using this as evidence for said beliefs! She is not even versed in the content or epistemological justifications for such disciplines and their concomitant theories. In orther words, she is begging the question and shooting herself in the foot. In other words, you've managed to snag a debate opponent with six or seven extra chromosomes (perhaps her parents are brother and sister?)
"Physical reality” isn’t some arbitrary demarcation. It is defined in terms of what we can systematically investigate, directly or not, by means of our senses. It is preposterous to assert that the process of systematic scientific reasoning arbitrarily excludes “non-physical explanations” because the very notion of “non-physical explanation” is contradictory.

Is she one of those self-proclaimed "Black Hebrews"/"Black Israelites"? Sounds like it. Yeah, we've got a lot of those in Philly. I usually see them standing and speech-making across the street from City Hall. Makes for a nice pre-apocalyptic feeling of doom that's a different brand from your typical Christian sermonizing.
