I run from spiders, far away! Can't stand the way they look, I make my husband take care of it. There is one insect I could never ever bring myself to kill: crickets. I don't know why.
I would say that falling rocks kill quite a few spiders everyday...who moved the rock?

I don't kill spiders, or even a wasp when it gets in my living space, unless I'm getting absolutley invaded or the spider is poisionous and a serious danger. LOL I like most household bugs, I think they are beautiful. All this fear is irrational.

i try not to kill insects in the house if i can avoid it but i do relocate them.
the exception to this would be termites. i actually got quite a lot of joy out of watching the exterminator pump gallons of chemicals into their *ahem* MY home.
Same here. I never kill insects at my place, and there are plenty of them seeing as how I live in a heavily wooded area. Well, there was one exception. A few summers back some wasps found their way through a gap in one of the windows and built a nest inside. That freaked me out pretty bad, and I didn't want a swarm, so I reluctantly sprayed them and sealed up the windows.
But I typically just put insects outside unless it's a spider - I let the spiders stay. For whatever reason I love spiders.
I live in a heavily wooded area as well i try not to kill bugs but, any kind of spider i kill instantly or i leave the room. When i was about 4 years old i was at a friends house and i watched Arachnophobia and ever since i have been deathly afraid of spiders. it doesn't matter how big or small it is, i will kill it no matter what.
Funny , I after I posted that I was thinking about them termites and wasps and mean germs .... yeah "love hurts" things too .....

I was bitten by a brown recluse spider once. Very nasty little bastards, and very painful. Lucky there was no unceration. All spiders in the house get killed on sight! We also have black widows in this area.
But I don't run over tarantulas in the road. They're too cool.
