Best place in Philly for cheesesteaks?
What is the best place in Philadelphia for their infamous cheesesteaks? Jackal and I are traveling there today and we want to get the best of the best. RRS, want to get together somewhere? I'll check this again when I get there.

I've heard Pat's King of Steaks.

Double-ewe tee eff are cheese steaks, anyway?
Thin-sliced pieces of steak with cheese melted on top, usually on some kind of hoagie or bun.
There's Pat's and Geno's. They are situated diagonally from each other on the corners of two blocks and people are split on which is better or which was the first to make the cheesesteak. People sometimes drive past one and yell at people that the other one is better. (Those people are also known as morons.)
Unfortunately, our schedule precludes us from meeting up with anyone, but have a nice time in Philly!

Best is actually about 10min south of Philly - Claymont Steak Shop.
The best I've ever had, and I've tried them all. This is shaved ribeye and top round, cooked slow, on a Serpie's roll. The steak isn't chopped, and they REFUSE to chop it, because it is that tender they don't need to chop it.
This joint puts Pat's, Geno's, Jim's and all the rest to shame.

It is worth the trip.
If you have to choose between Pat's, Geno's and Jim's though - It goes in order; Pat's, Jim's, Geno's.
