the 'come on back' email
It's been a little while since I stopped by and, as many sites do, this site sent me a 'come on back' email. I chastised myself for my absence and clicked on the link to 'come on back'. Only problem was... wrong link. :x
Here's the text:
We haven't seen you at www.Rationalesponders.com in a while. Please come
back and visit us soon at http://www.RationalResponders.com. If you never
received your confirmation email we can help you get going. Just let us know if
you need the help.
Notice the first link is for rationale sponders, a group that doesn't exist.
Anyway, the mail did it's job and reminded me to come back!
Thought you should know and this looks like the best place to pass that on.

Thanks for the heads up. Would've never figured that out as it generates the site name by itself, no clue why it did that.
It now looks like this from an admin perspective...
Hello %username, We haven't seen you since %lastaccess at http://www.RationalResponders.com. Please come back and visit us soon at %siteurl. If you never received your confirmation email we can help you get going. Just let us know if you need the help.

As you can see some variables do their own work, however I forced the change on the first site url variable.

Brian, I'd check the original value of the variable that you use for that part. Knowing programming like I do it is very unlikely it would be removing a letter at random from the variable, as it would have to be specifically programmed to do it.
However saying that, a thought does come to mind. It is entirely possible that the software could have been written to alter any subsequent capital letters to lower case, it fails to do it so the letter goes missing. Seem as it is the letter R that is missing.
Change it all to lower case and see how it goes.

The problem was that the message didn't originally have those variables, they were all typed in manually. It was a typo (oopsie)
