She appears to be John McCain's Hail Mary. Hey, he's tossed a long one and it's up for grabs in the end zone. You have to give it to this guy for being one ballsy SOB when it comes to some stuff. I still detest his support of the so-called PMA in AZ last year and was one of those who booed him at the Diamondbacks game last week when they showed his face on the jumbotron thing, but that's just me.
She's an Evangelical Christian, OF COURSE she wants creationism taught in the schools. She wants abortion rights taken away, she wants to carry a gun, she wants the death penalty, she want to live in a monotheist world where her god is the central decision maker, whatever that means. I just hope Obama doesn't go all out GODLY on us. He's already pissed me off. However, it's what he has to do to win, I know..... I know.... I still don't like it though.

McCain got a boob job and called them Sarah Palin. The only factor in choosing her as a candidate is that she's anti-choice and she has two X chromosomes. Her idea of hunting is to get in a helicopter and shoot wolves. As governor she placed a bounty on wolf kills, the one sure thing in the Lower 48 which led to their near extermination.
I think she's only popular because she came into office when oil prices were booming causing a massive influx of funds to the state. Regardless of that she still went through and cut a number of social programs even though funding wasn't a problem.
She's just another reich-wing shill but I think McCain wanted a trophy VP to match his trophy wife.
