Can you identify this music track?

Hello.
I've got one music mix CD for many years, and one track there I like, but I can't figure out who is the author. On this CD, there were guys like Anthony Philips or Vangelis, and something other I also have no idea what it is, but it wasn't that good. It thrills my curiosity for years. There's never enough of good music.

Genre: ambient / symphonic rock
Oldness: 10-16 years, I think

So, please can you download, listen to it and if it will resemble something in your memory, or in your music stash, write a name of author, track or album here? It's nothing awful which would desacrate your ears, I promise.

Full track (5 MB) Full track (5 MB)
and for those with slower connection or less time, small excerpt of it. ( 800 KB)
(scroll down, write the code on the picture into an image and click the orange button)

The media player shows like author either the band of Major Stars, or the duo of Keiji Haino and Peter Brotzmann, and album "Evolving Blush or driving original sin". However, it's not likely that these are it.

Um...

Do you really want whole music tracks distributed through your links on your message board? I'd hate to see the RRS get a DMCA takedown notice.

Not really, but I'm more concerned with viruses.  A DMCA takedown notice is simply a notice to takedown, which I'd be glad to do if one was sent to me.  At this point we don't even know the artist, or if it's licensed under creative commons, or how it's licensed for that matter.  A takedown notice would at least tell Luminon who the artists is.  Sticking out tongue

Point taken Smiling

Ok, so the track is virus free.

Don't worry, I've got AVG Antivirus, updated, functional, and so on, and I don't browse unknown porno and warez pages, and my dad would tear my head off if I would infect the home network.
All right, the whole track had been removed, so the link doesn't work anymore. Potential good souls willing to help me will have to stay with the piece of it, which is hopefully more legal. But the danger is tiny. The track was converted to low quality, and if it would be really dangerous, Youtube would have to fall prey to law 1000x times already.

YouTube gets about that many DMCA notices a day, yes. If it weren't for the safe harbor clause, I imagine quite a few sites would have vanished long ago.

Most of Americans doesn't have a problem with this file hosting, just wait till the countdown if there is any, and then there will appear a code, blank rectangle, and an orange button. Write the code into a rectangle and press the button.
But thanks for the good will to try it.
Filefactory.com somehow doesn't work, either I don't have recipient's e-mail (yours, I guess) or when I leave the both fields blank, it shows an error message. I tried zip format, mp3, and an imaginary format, and it keeps not working.
So I entered one my e-mail adress and second another, and the problem is the same,  "The error has occured. Unable to upload your file." Now this is what I call a complicated hosting Smiling
Btw, the language is central-european, and the most western of all slavonic languages. Not that it would sound any less funny.

So don't I. I've read a message somewhere on a music site, that "we're sorry for having switched a track title description of Major Stars' song for E.B.O.D.O.S. title (the Keiji Haino and Peter Brotzman album)"
But I don't hear there Major Stars either. This must be some big coincidence. Well they certainly play on electric guitars, but they also sing, and there's no singing.
