I never have understood this

I never have understood this concept of 'Al-qaeda Web site' or 'Taliban web site'. I think it's like anything on the Internet you can claim to be anyone, nothing is verified. This is an interesting article:

Personally I think they are biding their time in Iraq and plan to restart the guerilla war after Obama becomes president. Just like Vietnam they know Americans have reached their patience limit with the war. As Biden said, they are going to test Obama. I think to see when he'll use military force.
