So... an F18 decided to re-enact 9-11 in a sub-urb today. It was all over CNN for maybe 20minutes, then nothing. (Cue conspiracy theory here )

I was actually quite impressed at the scene, i really wouldnt be able to distinguish from an average house fire o_O

And yes, i did laugh at the fact that there was a baseball field less then 100 yards away

Nothing like loss of life, shit exploding, and politicians covering their asses, to start the day

Doomy, military interceptor aircraft jet engines are fussy and prone to failure. Training and run-of-the-mill flight accidents are a regular occurance as a result; this is why, as a general rule, you don't see military aircraft flying over residential space.
