Before looking at the link, I'd like to caution you against using the term "evolution" in conjunction with anything that is not biology. The origin of the usage with other subjects is distinctly theistic, and doesn't apply.

Sweet find man!

That's not true. The term "stellar evolution" comes up all the time in astrophysics. For example, the correct term for the diagram below is a stellar evolutionary track:
The term "evolution of the universe" also comes up in Cosmology to refer to the epochs that the universe has gone through.
"Physical reality” isn’t some arbitrary demarcation. It is defined in terms of what we can systematically investigate, directly or not, by means of our senses. It is preposterous to assert that the process of systematic scientific reasoning arbitrarily excludes “non-physical explanations” because the very notion of “non-physical explanation” is contradictory.

My mistake. I was under the impression that only the media and theists used the terminology of evolution in the cosmos. I rarely if ever see the term used in scientific papers not dealing with biology.

Yes the terminology is used in various astronomical fields such as stellar evolution, galactic evolution, chemical evolution etc. All 'evolution' really means to astronomers is that whatever system changes over time. Just for fun, I did a search for peer-reviewed astronomy articles that have the word "evolution" in the title, I got 33418 results.
It's also clear to astronomers that when they use the term, they do not mean biological evolution, which is something completely different. That point seems lost on most theists and media though
