Black Hole inside a Bose-Einstein condensate
Ok the title is slightly misleading, but it turns out that bose-einstein condensates affect sound in the same way that gravity affects light. Recently researchers have made the acoustic equivalent of a black hole. I thought this was kinda neat - maybe we have the ability to make cosmological predictions based on future experiments with this?
