No offense man, I know the RRS needs donations, but don't you think chasing after money all of 2 hours after Ken asked for info seems a little bit needy?

No, I think my signature seems needy.  I think my blog post here seems needy.  I think the fact that I just linked the blog post seems needy.  If it's not needy, it doesn't matter... I feel horrible having to ask.

In regards to responding to Kens check issue within 2 hours, I think that seems like I finally have the time to handle the "customer service" issues I never had time to handle in the past.  I figured he was trying to send a payment through as he asked if he could send a payment via check.  People are reporting having problems with paypal lately, I'm trying to assess all of those problems.  Since he was trying to send money via check I figured he was ready to do so, when nothing came through I thought he might need more assistance.

Sorry for seeming needy, that is merely a direct result of the fact that right now I am needy.  Srsly kthx.

I know what it's like to need cash.  I've spent the past 6 months trying to convince investors and businessmen that it's worth their time giving me money to start a business; trying to justify every last penny that I'm asking for.  I get needy.

What I didn't know was the PayPal situation.  Not knowing that meant I read your statement as "where's my money man?" rather than the "anything I can do to help?" that was intended.  So sorry if I caused offense, it's just without the full info your initial statement seemed a bit blunt.  That was all.

We're certainly in rough economic times, I hope that all pans out for you.  On my end I was working full time for a year now and thought as signs of the recession let up I'd be able to jump back in where I left off.  I gave it two solid months of working RRS my 50+ hour weeks before I asked for anything.  Now the potential business expenditures are racking up but the paypal acct I use to cover all business expenses stays rather low.

Just today I've come to terms with the fact that the only way to fix a computer issue I've been getting around for 9 months on my most powerful computer is to replace the mobo, get a new processor, and ram.  Long story... but it's an expense that in the past (before the economic downturn) I would have the money sitting there ready to go.  Today I have about $250 in there but have at least $3,000 I could spend on a ton of products, items, things that would simply be business expenses.  Most importantly I would like to accomplish all of it before the end of this tax year.

So to clarify further, the need for money now to get some big purchases out of the way, will dwindle away next year once I can parlay those purchases into a better situation.

I'm sort of glad that you said something, gave me the chance to sort it out for anyone who read it like you did.  I was in my own world I guess, and didn't realize the unintended inference in my statement.  I apologize to Ken if it seemed I was being inconsiderate, unappreciative, or rude in the post above.  Those are the words you were looking for.
