but read this article from a right wing rag. The title implies that Obama outlawed it, when all he did last year was simply abstain from calling for it from the white house.

NO all Obama did last year and this year was simply not participate. A JUDGE unrelated to Obama whom Obama did not appoint to the bench, OR order to rule either way, , THE JUDGE ruled that it was unconstitutional. THESE ASSHOLES are trying to imply that it was an executive order by Obama in the title.
