Why not just use the word racist? Is there really a special, elevated sort of racism that applies on the basis of specific race?

First establish that in fact it is the emotion of hatred. If you cannot establish that it is an emotion then you have to demand or produce a new definition for the word. If it refers to the modern rants about hate speech and thought crimes then it means nothing more than politically incorrect and is of no interest to adults.

Caucasian is a race. Most Jews are Caucasian. Jews are not a race they are a religion.
The only definition of race that Jews satisfy is the one that fell out of favor because Germany lost WWII in Europe. I don't think you wish advocate that one although it is very popular among Jews, the only remaining unreconstructed proponents of pre-WWII racial theories.
