I'm working on it...
Hey! I'm Jen. Longtime Atheist, but still working on 'coming out.'
some fun facts about me:
I was a cheerleader in high school - but now-
I am a quasi-radical feminist (I think all women in my field should be)
I suck at posting in forums.
My husband is more sensitive than I am
The only disney movie I cry at is Pocahontas. (not sure why)
and I have a tendency to post late at night when i should be asleep.
and start sentences with 'and.'
also, met Dr. M. Shermer with friends for dinner a few months ago. one of the best nights of my life.
Anyways, I'm excited to join the community!

Welcome to the boards. I hope you are able to "come out" to a degree you are comfortable with. Feeling like I have to hide important things about myself is a frustration for me.
There is no rule against using "and" to begin a sentence. Welcome to the forum.
