Just some samples that the connection between worldwide atheists is getting bigger and closer. And for the theists reading this, you should understand that atheism and skepticism IS NOT a race or national origin thing. Atheists exist in every country all over the world.

WE only wish our believing fellow humans would get to know us. Understand that we have merely think that the world would do better than to cling to old stories. We are your neighbors, your co-workers and family members. You most likely know one without knowing.

We are champions of education. We value human rights. We value science. But we will not sit silent while the world burns over needles divisions of politics based on religious beliefs. We cannot afford as a species to dwell on what divides us.

I posted a sample of lings to show that atheists are diverse and global and we are part of our societies. We will not be ignored any longer.

If you want to know what it is like to be a minority; try being caucasian in Brampton Ontario Canada, I did; Latincanuck is; The leading languages are Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Cantonese and Manderin. This is a North American city of 500,000 people.
