Divining God's Will - Hurricane Issac

Its always God helping save people when they live, and just 'mysterious ways' and 'their time' when people die.

Another sort-of divining about Hurricane Isaac. Why not blame the Republican Natl Convention? Did God want them to lose a few days of promotion? His swath of punishment isn't very precise is it? He doesn't know how to send hurricanes to San Francisco but does send hurricanes. When did the San Andreas fault line form there? I assume before the white man was there. Were there LGBT Native Americans living there first? Does he form the punishment first and then put the sinners there? Or are sinners drawn there and in his foresight he knows where they will be and picks hurricanes for New Orleans and earthquakes for San Francisco. His ways are surely a mystery. Or he is just an imaginary non-material being who Christians try to divine and make sure it agrees with what they already think?
