Yea this is pretty stupid. I am for the ability to sue, but really? This would be like blaming a stove manufacturer for burning yourself. I've burned the roof of my mouth eating hot pizza too soon. Most sane people test the heat first safely and or let it cool down a bit. This reminds me of that stupid bitch who sued McDonalds for the hot coffee.

I followed one of the cases with "getting burned with coffee" and I must admit, McD's was to blame.
The service coffee so fucking hot that it can be used to cut through iron.
let me recommend the documentary "hot coffee" before you go throwing "stupid bitch" around.

They shouldn't be allowed to stay on this planet. Let's setup a colony on far away freezing planet where we can ship them all off to; then we can live in peace. No chance they would survive there, later to escape and over take one of our military vessels and then seek revenge on humanity.
