Can we remove the SPAM please?

Is there a way to get rid of this SPAM? Can't we stop it with a simple "human check"? How about having to enter a code from a JPG in a box before posting? I've seen it on other forums.

There's really nothing to be done. Security features are created, spammers find a way around them, repeat.
