Consciousness only lasts 400 miliseconds at a time

I should have posted this back in 2016. I thought I had, but I tried to find the article here during a discussion I was having on the subject and I couldn't find it, so I must not have posted it. I've referenced the conclusions a few times, but I never posted the article itself. I don't want to have to spend an hour looking for it again, and it's an amazing discovery, so here it is.
