This new thing called Air. Have you heard of it?
So a friend of mine was telling me there is this thing called "air"
He says that it is all around us and even in us.
He says we really need it.
I think he is nuts. I don't see it. I don't smell it. I feel something sometimes but that is not enough.
There just is no such thing.

You know, I thought you were at work and you didn't have time for this site? Something tells me you're a liar, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
Okay, so lets show you why this analogy is false.
A.) We can test air, see it's effects i.e. we can watch a fan spin in the breeze (which is really just moving air current)
B.) We know what makes up air, carbon dioxide gases and oxygen, water vapor, dust, etc...
C.) We can HARNESS air for power. Wind gives us electricity.
D.) Products of air is what allow us to live, really. We find that in a vaccuum without air, things don't live.
Now here is where your analogy sucks. We don't know any of these things about your supposed God. Nothing. In fact, we know nothing about your God at all.

I guess atoms don't exist.
And yet I can prove it exists. I can make it visible for you, and can even make it solid to touch, though it will be very cold and your fingers will suffer severe damage as a result of actually touching it.
I can show you the molecules in the "air" which are utilised in your bloodstream, and distributed throughout your cellular structure.
You can't show me god.

That "air" argument is dead. No serious debator uses that argument anymore.
Secondly, you cant see all the electrons orbiting the center of the atoms in your body. YOU cant live without atoms.
AND THAT IS WHAT AIR CONSISTS OF AS WELL.
You cant be serious using that crappy argument. Go look up a periodic tabel of the elements before you use ignorant arguments like that.
