Is there a way to find out who labeled me as a theist?
I found myself label as a theist because I didn't agree to a refutation given in a "God" argument.
Is there a way to find out who labeled me as a theist? and why?

You don't have a theist tag.
Yeah, but we may give you a crybaby tag.
Feh. Don't pay attention to the piss-pots.
I don't know who gave you the theist tag, but I agree it was not called for. Sometimes the mods get an itchy trigger finger.
I'd be pissed if I got a theist tag for disagreeing with another atheist, too. I know you were trying to understand the argument, and I tried to indicate that in my answers to you.
Shame on whoever got itchy and applied the tag without first:
1) asking directly, since there's been no profession of faith
or
2) posting a mod forum topic asking for help.

Awww Hamby, we ought to send you to the UN. You must be some sort of goddamned diplomat or something. As for the theist tag, I've never seen the guy with the tag. Are we sure he had one?

I'm certainly a tad more diplomatic than John Bolton... I'll agree to that. I don't know jack about Zalmay Khalilzad.
I'm going on the assumption that atheists don't randomly make up stories about having theist tags applied to their account. As always, I could be proven wrong.

That's why you're the diplomat.
Ok. Thank you for clearing that up.
To partially clear up the confusion, yes, he is not lying. This person did indeed have a theist tag for a short while. I know because I was the one who removed it. But I do not know who put it on.
"Physical reality” isn’t some arbitrary demarcation. It is defined in terms of what we can systematically investigate, directly or not, by means of our senses. It is preposterous to assert that the process of systematic scientific reasoning arbitrarily excludes “non-physical explanations” because the very notion of “non-physical explanation” is contradictory.

I don't know how the Theist tag is added to someone, but is it possible that they accidently set it on your name when they were trying to set it on someones else name?
Sounds made up...

No, I am not angry at your imaginary friends or enemies.
Beats me. I only tag them when I plan on keeping track of their movements through radar. I tag them so that I can learn their migratory patterns and daily habits.

Can we add a tag for crybaby? Another good one might be "needs to rethink avatar"
I saw them doing that on Dirty Jobs, I think. Does the finger make them mad?
I don't care who it was, nobody needs to speak up. However, in the future, please be more careful when affixing the theist tag.
The mods here do hard work, and great work, a mistake or two is bound to happen. Sorry bout that, o.p.

Everyone makes mistakes, so no hard feelings about that one.
I want to thank the RRS and the mods for all the work they do to keep this up.

If I suggest that God gave him the theist tag, will that in turn earn me a theist tag?
I did it.
How?
Shit. I was hoping the tag would make him stop asking questions.
That would require an impressive bit of hacking, seeing as you are not a mod.

Why does 80% of the US say they are Christian but so few look like Jesus?
