So my bumper stickers were stolen last night.....
Yep, some little fundie fiend that couldn't tolerate another's point of view ripped my atheist bumper stickers off my car last night in the parking lot. I'm so fucking pissed, but I guess I'm lucky my car wasn't key-ed or my tires slashed. I had 2 magnetic bumper stickers, one was my signature below, and the other one was the "imagine no religion" bumper sticker with the picture of the twin towers still standing. I do take small comfort in the fact they I had another one inside my car window that proudly proclaimed "Smile, god is pretend." I fucking hate the people here.....

I never had my property dammaged. But I did have an old black man when he saw my bumber stickers, OLD ENOUGH TO REMEMBER SEGRIGATION, shout "WHY DONT YOU BELIEVE" I tried to calmly respond with an answer and he repeated the same shout over and over.

Let me also remind you, as hard as it might be to believe when stupid people do stupid crap like that, not all theists will do that.
My theistic friends wouldnt do that and would probibly stop anyone they thought would do something like that, even if they dissagreed with my atheism.
I wouldnt be friends with someone who truely hated me, that would be absurd.
Having lived in Falwell fundy town, I actually found it quite refreshing to be a thorn in his side. I wasnt against all Christians of course, but I hated that bastard with a passion, and so do alot of theists who live there.
My point is, it sucks that some dickhead violated your property rights, but as absurd as a fictional sky daddy believed to be real is, not all theists will do stupid crap like that.
The worst I do when I see a Jesus fish on the back of someone's car is roll my eyes and say to myself, "Yea 3 day old dead flesh can survive rigor mortis".

YEah, a camera would be nice, and yeah Brian, I know not all of them are like that, I just hate the ones who are. I've often thought about packing a tazer on me incase a group of them starts threatening me a parking lot. I wouldn't plan to actually use it unless they assaulted me, but the very sight of it might make them back off.
It could have been a bad atheist who wanted them for their car. I use to be a very bad boy atheist.

Quite - unfortunately almost as likely someone not a theist who 'admired' the stickers and didn't want to have to make a trip some where to buy them for themselves. A thief and lazy to boot.

If it had been me, I would have figured some shitty little kid stole them to be a hard ass. Or some crunchy college atheist took them because he (or she) was too broke to get their own. I suppose since you live in an area where there are many fundamental xians, it seems reasonable to assume one of them stole the sticker. I just think it's better to not to jump to conclusions.

the funny thing about the "a poor college atheist stole them" theory is that the bumper stickers we shitty ones made by a poor college atheist. They were old anti-republican bumper stickers of mine I drove around with durring the last election. I just made the messages on my computer, printed them out on special sticky paper I got at office max and put them on my old bumperstickers.
