Here's what I found when I googled the subject:

Satan knows how people think and he knows the weakness of human beings. This is how he’s able to tempt us. He does not know our inner thoughts: otherwise, he would not have wasted his time tempting Job [Job 1:6-12], or Jesus (when He was a man) [Matthew 4:1-11]. Satan has the power to deceive those who do not follow God:

"The great dragon was hurled down, that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him." (Revelation 12:9, NIV)

Satan was brought under the power and authority of Jesus when He died for our sins and established His Kingdom and His church. Satan no longer has power over us and by this, we can be sure that the devil, Satan, cannot read our thoughts. [Revelation 12:7-17]

So apparently Satan cannot read our thoughts. I think the only ones that have the power to read our thoughts are God, Santa Clause, Jesus, and some aliens. The only material that stops these super beings from reading our thoughts is aluminum foil.

... cool, hope some of that was fun. Looking into religion is indeed interesting. I use the liberal xain writers and buddhist to soften up my hard core fundy friends.

God / Devil ? Religion per se is silly . The bible is a totally edited "club" book. Most of the ideas of the varied religious philosophers and gnostics etc were not included. Jesus' ideas were much like the godless Buddha. To say I am god, all are god, or jesus like, is really the same as saying there is no seperate god. This is god right now, every atom / thing of the cosmos. Life is a result of the amazingly huge diversity of probabilities. blah blah ....

I have hundreds of folders on religion. It's to bad the west knows little of the eastern atheistic ideas, which puts the religions of abe to embarrassing shame. ( Don't let words like "heavely father" etc mess up the read, .... I think this was written to god of abe followers, using some of their terms. I just interpret "father" like my dad/mother from who I came, not a creator deity, but creation or reality of the material/energy cosmos itself. Crazy language ! ahh, creation is divine?, ... is just a deep apprechiation and awe of the whole.
