The Rational Response Squad is a group of atheist activists who impact society by changing the way we view god belief. This site is a haven for those who are pushing back against the norm, and a place for believers of gods to have their beliefs exposed as false should they want to try their hand at confronting us. Christians have often told me about how "liberating" their faith is (when they're trying to sell me on it).
In a small way, I have to agree.
A Christian can do things that are unacceptable, even reprehensible to the morals of society and even the edicts of their God. when their actions are discovered, all they have to do is show some remorse, pray to their God for forgiveness and promise not to do it again (until it becomes beneficial or convenient for them). When they do that, they claim that they're pure again and on their way to their happy afterlife.
I guess not being bound by society's rules can be liberating in its own way. It's still not how I'd want to live.
Any thoughts?
