I think by now, every breath that Sapient takes is blasphemy against the Christian's Sky Daddy.

I guess you are referring to Brian's blasphemy of the Holy Spirit for the Blasphemy Challenge. This might not be the best video, but I think calling the Holy Spirit a douche-bag (at 4:02) fits.
