Been a While

Hello chums. I've been taking a break from the philosophy/theology thing for a bit. I don't know how you all do it my heads about to explode. I'm still around Though. I've been thinking about what and what not to ask you guys. So I just came up with this. And I stand my ground on the topic but by far, I'm no Scholar.

What do you say to the events of Bible Prophecy? Yeah I can't Believe I'm going there too.

I know you don't agree to there exsistence, but the idea in general. If you read the Bible (mind you know how to really read and study your Bible) and look at some history an alarming number of things line up. Many things have to do with Israel. Let me know.

one more thing then I'll go.

Heres a thought I found interesting over the years. If your considering Gods exsistence, first consider the Jews. Who said of Jesus, "Let his blood be on us and our children" Matthew 27:26.

Saying this 2000 years ago,( then look at history), the Jewish people have been through more hardship than any other race through out recorded history, And befor it as well. Interesting point I think.

Now this doesn't make God look good you say.
I say a Father disciplines his children.

I admit on the surface it makes God look evil, as I've heard some of you say recently. If your on the fence look deeper into what the christian really sees in God.

alright gota go

oh yeah still wondering about that phone call for your show. Sapient. You get that Email? I guess I'm still down.

Bible Prophecy

I believe all the bible prophecies are occurring right now, just like they have been occurring since it was written.

Every generation of Christians has been sure the end would come in its lifetime.  Jesus even (supposedly) told people himself that the kingdom of "God" would come in their generation.

If you look carefully, in the New Testament, it also states that the spirit of the ANTICHRIST is alive and well.  So much for the evangelicals' theory, huh?

I say, if you make enough

I say, if you make enough vague predictions sooner or later something will "come true". Certainly if you give it a couple of thousand years. All you need is a basic knowledge of human history, add in some conjecture, and keep your "predictions" in the form of rambling double talk and POOF you've got a working prophecy.

You haven't noticed that a great deal of the "hardship" that the Jews have been through happened because people read the bible, have you?
