New Blog entries

If been busy lately but still I found some time to write some blog entries.

The oldest of the new blog entries is called Meditating on Workfare. It's about the teaching of Yoga and Meditation in school. The Way of the Master presented it as bad, religion biased and demonic.

I refused that, called meditation a form of self-hypnosis and stated that it is beneficial for students to learn it as a tool to cope with stress.

The second topic of that entry was workfare over welfare. I feel obligated to write that entry because Todd really did something good. He rebuked a lot of the misantropy that you encounter when talking about welfare.

He suggested that workfare programs would be better than welfare - to which I had in a friendly way to disagree and suggested edu-fare program.

The second entry was to care for Todd's well being. After praising him in my entry before I had to bring him back to the grounds again by criticizing his Latin.

In my newest entry I return to Albert Mohler and discuss the difference between civil-unions and marriage from a secular view.

Naturalism, Calvinism and Double Standards

I've posted a new blog entry. This time it's about theists invoking the implications of naturalism as a reason against atheism. This is intellectually fraudulent and in my blog entry I'm explaining why.

Furthermore I explain why we still would punish people even if we would live in a reality in which Free Will is just an illusion.

The Cathedrals of Europe

I've started a blog on www.blogspot.com. In hope to get some more audience to it I'll cross-write those entries on this website. (Maybe more condensed here)

The purpose of this blog is to write down and give thoughts about christian radio programs I listen to quite regulary. You can find this blog under http://christianrr.blogspot.com (Christian Radio Review).

To make it clear: This blog is a review of christian radio and not a christian review of radio.

As an atheist in Europe you will have to address the issue of the magnificent cathedrals that you find all over in Europe. Todd explained how this grandeur of those buildings reflect the greatness of God, how those building tell the believing Christian about God and his relationship with God in

making the person in the building feel exceedingly small in comparison to God.
Those cathedrals can't do that to me.

Even more, those cathedrals are the grandest failure in the history of Christianity.
