Ever wonder why god make believers make believe it?
I was just kicked out of my toastmasters club because I gave a speech about the superstitious religious beliefs that cause neurosis. I have emails from the group leader basically hate mail! He is fighting for his neurosis and losing very much so. I don't give a fuck what others think of me because unlike their unfounded beliefs they hold to have their(gods) approval all the time so they can accept themselves when others don't. Their sickness is due to their needy attitudes towards approval etc...I wanted to open my own non-profit org supporting rational view and "bashing the fuck" out of unscientific and unpragmatic view with the opposite. I am writing a book now on the it. Let me join your team! I want to meet you and can fly out to meet you breakfast lunch or dinner lol you name it

In regards to the question
In regards to the question in the title, I have. I've settled on the conclusion that it's a reinforcement to the brainwashing.
The rest appears to be mostly directed to the owners of the RRS, so I'll leave it be except to say that it would be amusing to see those hate mails he sent you posted on the wall of his group. > >

Hi andy111 and welcome to
Hi andy111 and welcome to the forums!
We'd love it if you'd hop over to General Conversation, Introductions and Humor and introduce yourself.
As for your post, I checked http://www.toastmasters.org and didn't see anything about religion other than one of the Community Benefits is "Using the speaking and leadership skills developed in Toastmasters, people have become more active in business, churches, and service and charity organizations."
Toastmasters is supposed to be about communication and speaking skills. I didn't see anything about content.
I saw this:
The Values of Toastmasters International
Toastmasters International’s core values are integrity, dedication to excellence, service to the member and respect for the individual. These are values worthy of a great organization, and we believe we should incorporate them as anchor points in every decision we make. Our core values provide us with a means of not only guiding but also evaluating our operations, our planning and our vision for the future.
There was no respect for you as an individual. Hence, it looks to me as if you've just been the victim of discrimination.
I wonder what the Home Office of Toastmasters International would say.
If you're up to the battle, it might be worth it to stir the pot a little and forward the emails to the Home Office of the group.

That sucks. But I am not
That sucks. But I am not surprised by it either. Please keep fighting, and keep speaking out. People need to be challenged.
