Help me come up with a cool puzzle!

Hi there,

I know, I know, I have not visited you guys in a long time! I am a terrible excuse for a person.

I will now shamelessly ask for help from the vast array of intelligence and creativity here.

So the other day I came up with this amusing little puzzle:

EERF
DMIS
OSAT
MIEH

To solve the puzzle, start with one letter and move to adjacent letters (no diagonals). only use each letter once. There is a message coiled inside. For a hint, go to the bottom of this post.

Here is another:

MAVE
AIOB
LFTA
LOHE

Amused yet? One more:

ehral
wtuta
osnrn
rioep
ldtsu

So anyway, I'd like to make one of these puzzles, either 16 or 25 letters (mostly because I like the idea of it being square) that I can get tattooed on me. I want it to say something positive about atheism and have the word atheist or atheism in it.

Plus, puzzles are just fun, no?

(Here is a hint to solve said puzzles. For the first, start with A. for the second, start with I. For the third, start with T)

Enough with the hints, this one shouldn't be too tough if you just look around.
