Funny FSTDT quote
[After being introduced to the concept of Harvey, the Magic Rabbit in comparison to concept of God]
Quite a different thing, and it's easy to see why.
God, as the creator of the universe, the alpha and the omega, is self-cointained and self-explanatory. He is the source of everything and thus nothing he does is impossible.
A magical rabbit isn't. Where does he get those magic powers? What is the source of magic? What is rabbit doing there anyway?

I makes you want to pull your hair out to read quotes like this. Time and time again I have seen theists in real life or on the internet come up with skeptical inquiry in response to the claims of others. But ask them to turn that skeptical attitude to their religion and you are just an ignorant atheist talking about matters that you don't understand. How is it that someone can on one hand come up with skeptical responses to to other's claims, and on the other hand denounce skepticism against their unsubstantiated beliefs?
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."

Obviously it is because Trix are for Kids.
It all depends on whose ox is being gored.
The rabbit was never magical in the play/movie 'Harvey', mis-reading that is certainly an allogory for xtians who mis-read their bibles on a regulary basis.
Harvey was the drinking buddy for Elwood P. Dobb, an alcoholic who sobers up but keeps the rabbit. Elwood moves from delusional drunk to just plain delusional and nuts. And he eventually gets other people to see the rabbit, while they are sober.
It's an allogory for Paul of Tarsus and his revelation on the road to Damascus. Paul and Elwood are both delusional nuts.
"Very funny Scotty; now beam down our clothes."
