My prayers have been answered.

No, Angelina Jolie has not offered me a hummer, and I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

But, and take note Bob Spence, remember in our Skype conversations how I complain about not having a group to hang out with? Just now in a web search I found a Humanist atheist freethinker group in my area. There is a downside in that the meetings seem to be held in boring quiet places. But hopefully this group does do things afterwords, just like your Australian group does.

In any case I found a group with 34 members that is local enough to check out. HOLY CRAP! I am so giddy right now.

I AM NOT ALONE!

I do wonder if these people read the local website. I hope these aren't all left wing politically correct types who hate shows like South Park. That would be so disappointing. I certainly give my theist counterparts on that website a hard time.

I do have a couple of theists on that website, including one columnist, who may not agree with me, of course, but do not see me as a fascist out to rape their women and BBQ their pets. Politically correct types always bother me. I think it is wrong to throw all blasphemy and criticism out in all cases because we might hurt someone's feelings. There are believers who are capable of the verbal brawl who can and do separate the person from the person's claim and do not take it personally.

In any case I am rambling on, just excited that I might just have found a group I can hang out with other than being stuck with just the internet.

In the words of Hannibal Lector "I ate his liver with fava beans and a nice Kiante" MUEAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH.........I might have found a volcano to throw a virgin into!

This is very cool... I would

This is very cool... I would love for there to be such a group in Monmouth County NJ... The overall mentality here is not too bad... (Dont let "Jersey Shore" fool you)...
