1. Please complete the following statement: History is... old events that make up our past.

2. Why did you answer (1) like you did?

Because history is something that has already happened, based on events that happened and these serve to influence and make us as we are today.

3. Where have you picked up these opinions on History?

Just my thoughts and what I have gathered from various books and classes.

4. What would be your response if somebody were to challenge that understanding?

To listen and evaluate.

5. In the setting of a classroom, what would some of the range of answers to (1) that would be given?

I don't understand this question.

6. Why did you register for this course?

It sounded interesting. And kinda on a whim.

7. Answer the following question: The Bible (is / is not) history because...

The Bible is partially an account of history [whether or not it's true or false is debate-able] because it catalouges events. I believe it also instills ethics into people as well as does other various things.

8. What sort of wide range of answers would be given in a classroom setting for (7)?

Again, I don't understand this question. And I'm not going to cheat and copy someone else's.

9. What are your expectations for this course?

Nothing. I have no idea what to expect.

10a. Have you ever read any of the Historians in the course description?

No.

10b. If so, what context (answer only if applicable):

History is not always told of accurately.

To get a better understanding of how events are investigated.

Mostly just stuff about him on websites and a little of his book SENSE AND GOODNESS WITHOUT GOD.
