How would you respond to this conversation?
"You believe in evolution, therefore evolution is a belief system."
"Evolution does not require belief. It exists even if I don't believe in it."
"The same with God. God exists regardless of whether I believe in him."
"Reality has no God, and reality exists as it is regardless of your thoughts or views on reality."
"Exactly, God created reality, and that reality exists, no matter how much you want to believe in evolution."
"Then prove God exists."
"God exists beyond proof and beyond scientific observation. Why can't you accept the reality of God?"
"Why can't you accept that reality has no basis in faith or belief? Evolution and science are true regardless of what you think."
"Indeed, God's reality as he created it is true regardless of what you think."
"I hope your view of reality changes sometime."
"I hope your view of reality changes sometime."

I'd chuckle and walk away.
You believe in gravity, therefore gravity is a belief system.
Because god's existence is "beyond proof and beyond scientific observation."
Thus evolution and science is true.
"What right have you to condemn a murderer if you assume him necessary to "God's plan"? What logic can command the return of stolen property, or the branding of a thief, if the Almighty decreed it?"

This was a real conversation? Are you serious?
People who think there is something they refer to as god don't ask enough questions.
