Wow!  You city people are strange to me.  If thats what you are into I won't judge.  I have some advice for you.  First make completely sure that is not loaded.  After , it would be a good idea to give it a good cleaning.

The whole "People who have guns have small dicks" thing is a tad overplayed. When someone breaks into your house and all you have to defend yourself with is a fireplace poker, the massive size of your non gun owning penis is pretty useless. Saying that Obama/Biden are not a threat to the 2nd ammendment is about the most ignorant thing I have ever heard. Right next to the statement that Bush was out to get guns.

I will always submit that it is hilarious to hear Americans talk about gun rights and gun ownership.  Absolutely, fucking hilarious.  It seems from my perspective that there is no issue so continuously and absolutely divisive as this for the American.

Did I say you were one of them? No, I said that no matter why you had your guns (and there are people who have them for compensation, don't deny it- these are the folk who buy more gun than they can safely handle), they were safe from Obama's administration. Mine are also.

The only gun grabbing president in recent history was George W. Bush. How quickly some forget and go back to the "Them Democrats'll take yer guns" canard.

I realize that the Bush administration had some pretty anti gun ideals, but for 8 years there were at least no general sweeping bans on millions of guns.

Obama has endorsed a ban on semi-auto handguns in Illinois. He has also peen preaching on banning guns from inner city (read:black) areas.

Biden introduced an "assult weapons" ban to congress 4 or 5 years before Clintons gun and magazine ban, and also has proposed to renew it in a more permanant manner.

There are a lot of idiots who go out and buy a .44 mag just to have a big awesome gun to wave around, but there are just as many idiots who buy a 8000 pound 4x4 SUV when all they need is a little car. I have seen far more needless death and disfiguring accidents in the latter.

I may have taken your comments the wrong way, and I am sorry for the slight hostility in the earlier post, but I still don't see how anyone can look at the current administration and consider their guns "safe". Mind you, I am not speaking of democrats in general, but of the individuals that make up the whole. I am a Democrat by pure definition, but that doesn't mean I follow the party line blindly or to it's extreme.

You forget about Bush removing guns from all but law-enforcement in New Orleans. As many of the cops there are little more than criminals with a badge, that was a big help to the citizenry.

That was a literal gun-grab - not just proposing legislation.

Yes, the entire situation in New Orleans was a mishandled, disrespectful clusterfuck, especially the unconstitutional declaration of martial law and taking away many peoples last line of defense against looters.

Rest assured, none of my ak's, ar's, cetme's or any other "assult rifles" are for hunting game. They are fun to target shoot with, useful in home defense against animals or humans, and many are a part of history and collectors items.

A gun never killed someone worse just because it had a flash hider and a pistol grip. Many of the most famous gun related mass murders in history were committed with simple bolt action rifles.
