Guess Who Is Comming to Dinner.
We rightfully rail agianst superstition and absurd claims. But what if your loved one, friend, or child came to you and said that they wanted to marry the oposite?
I am kicking myself for having not seen that movie in my 42 years. I woke up early with TCM on my tv and because atheist Kathrine Hepburn was in the movie, I decided to watch it.
The moment that had me in tears was when Sidney Pointier's mother's character talked to the white father on the back porch and basically said(paraprhasing), "You are so old that you have forgotten what love and passion are".
I fucking cried!
It is now one of my top 5 favorite movies of all time.
