I'm Back After a Long Time Away...

Not sure if any/many will remember me, but I've been a member here and elsewhere for several years. My usernames on some other atheist sites include Traveler and Gryffinsong.
I can't remember ever believing in any gods. They seemed no different to me than any other myth or legend.
I'm an artist, a greyhound lover, a breast cancer survivor (last radiation was two weeks ago ... YAY!!!), and a traveler across the USA. For the last five years I've lived fulltime in my RV with a retired greyhound and four Italian greyhounds. The last two years I've been in and around Spokane, WA. On Halloween of this year I will finally be starting my journey back home. I've bought a house with my mom, and I'm moving into a ranch house in Maryland. I will finally have a studio again, and after roughing it/camping for five years, I'm really looking forward to having my own shower and kitchen again!
It's good to be back online. Basically, I've been so sick from chemo and surgery and such, that I gave up my online activities until now.

My brother just finnished a round of chemo (age 48) he is looking forward to another 30 years or more and with any lucky you'll been around for a long time too.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I do hope to be cancer free for a very long time, although I'm in the midst of a bit of a scare. They've found a mass in my abdomen, seemingly attached to my gall bladder. I think its likely to just be a cyst though. Will know on tuesday.
