I post all over the web, but I want a back up in case my computer or one particular website goes down.
I have decided to edit this post because I do not like giving people the wrong impression. I cannot read Shakespeare to save my life. I just remember this one line from act 5 scene 5 and put my own spin on it. I've had to explain this over and over so here I decided to put that in this post so there is no more presuming what I know or don't know. But the plot of MacBeth is the old lesson, you can have everything and nothing at all at the same time. And how did all that cruelty serve you in the end? But I do not like play summeries calling him a Nihisist, because it is possible to not do what he did, and accept life as being finite, and sitll have morals without religion.
NEW EDIT 9/19/22 I got pissed at myself that I was scared to read MacBeth, so tonight, I forced myself to read it online. Now mind you, I did not understand it line for line, but basically Macbeth was an assdhole who murdered his way to the top, and did not believe the 3 witches prophcies. He murdered Duncan and had Banquo murdered. Banquo's ghost haunts Macbeth. And made the grave mistake of attacking McDuff's family and killing them(If I am reading this correctly) But Lady MacBeth has a guilty conscience and kills herself, upon finding out Macbeth basically says that life is not worth living and he should go down with a fight anyway, but refuses to fight Macduff face to face and Macduff kills him as the hero. ( I SERIOUSLY read the entire play every line, tonight. I even know where the famous line "double double, toil and trouble". comes from. The three witches, basically saying "look out Macbeth" your ass is in trouble.
So basically the moral of the play, don't be a fucking asshole when trying to get to the top, or "the bigger they are the harder they fall". Reminds me of the movie Scarface and all the shitty things Tony did to get to the top and all for not. But Sosa in that case was not a good guy either.

And all our yesterday's Gods have been created by fools
The way to tribal death. Out out brief myth
Claims are but a walking shadow, a poor reflection
That struts our narcissism upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by the credulous, full of sound and fury
Signifying nothing.

Abandoning reason

If you want the truth

Not telling the truth
I've written prose

I want to see the day

A scrappy lady
Of the 80s
Took no guff
At the Eastland Prep school
I know it is a Fact
She was a character
But I desperatly wanted
Her to protect me
I had nothing but bullies
In real life
Need a cup of Jo
To escape my real life
To stand up to Blair
To make it obvious
The boys on my block
Stop beating me up
Men of the world
Even today
Need to learn
It really is ok
For girls and women
To lead the way
I need a cup of Jo
To make my way
I lived in isolation
In the basement
Jo wouldn't have put up
With that harrasment
Why should I care
If a female does dare
To protect a male
Or lead a nation?
Females make up
Half the world's population

What happens when
A cockroach dies
The same thing as
It's pre life
What happens to
Bacteria and virus
No after life
When medicines kill it
What happens when
You kill a black widdow
Or rattlesnake
Has it a soul to continue?
Seems arbitrary
And self centered
To apply selectively
The ever after
To only the cute
And at best pets
To chalk it up
To mythology and magic
What will happen
After I die?
I refuse to buy
A comforting lie
The planet did fine
Long before
Long before
I was born
I am not drawn to
Nor foolled by the fiction
Of old folklore
That never existed
I'll be fine
With my finite ride
I am not more special
Than any other life
Here and now
Is where I am
Seeking non violence
Seeing good in man
The movie has credits
At the end
The concert a last song
The football game ends
Still I see wonder
My sense of awe
I still feel love
That has never gone
Of course I feel pain
I do fear death
But not in any
Mytholotical context
I fear pain
That when prolonged
But I cant fear nothing
After I am gone
The fictional forever
Is nothing more
Than a comic book reflection
Of human's desires
It will be ok
To focus on now
To skip the mythology
Of a magic why and how
I'll still have
Ups and downs
I simply face it
In the here and now
What will happen
After I die
For a while
I'll live in loved ones minds
But as far as me
Personally
I will be nothing
In cosmic history
Just in knowing
Long ago
Stars exploded
Prodcing atoms
Producing materials
That made this planet
My teporary home
This is fantastic
But I need not of
Mythology
I will be nothing
Eventually
What is the use
A theist will ask
Why isn't now
Good enough?
I was obscurity
Prior to my birth
I will return to the same
After my time on earth
Nothing is nothing
Nothing to fear
Enjoy your time now
Love those you hold dear.

Under the radar
Means just that
It does not mean
You survived death
If you are revived
To take another breath
In full faculty
You were never dead
If you heart stops
And you make it through
All that means
There was a window
A window,
Just enough juice
Even if medical equipment
Doesn't detect it
But once enough
Of your brian cells die
You don't come back
You don't survive
The heart stopping
Only means it stopped
Within a window
Revival is possible
"Life after death"
Is not anthing more
Than our species desire
To live ever more
It isn't real
If it were
You could decapitate someone
And magically cure
My mother did not
At the funeral home
Climb out of her casket
Though I was desperate
Wanting more
Time with her
But utopia thinking
Isn't a cure
If you come back
A doctor did that
Not a string puller
No rabbit out of a hat
Your neurons do fire
After the heart stops
But within a window
Is what makes it possible
I watched my mom die
And on that last day
I could tell
There was no way
What I was seeing
Was the brain dying
The person I loved
In her decline
I will not take pain
Or that of death
As harsh the reality
And sugar coat it
There is no
Life after death
There is no such thing
As reincarnation
What comforts me
Is the time I have
With loved ones and friends
And the things we did
I am thrilled
Science has figured
How to pull someone out
Who is still in that window
But no matter what
It is only so much
The reaper will get
Every one of us.
Instead of dreaming
Thank medicine
Thank a doctor
For saving you
But your delusion
Is nothing new
King Tut's Egypt
Had their fictions too
Spend your one life
In non violence
Value science and reason
Family and friends
For in the end
It always ends
A second chance
Means you were never dead.

The dramatic cosmos

Discoverd an asteroid
A quarter mile long
Speed and direction
Prove not of our solar system
Sorry Pele, Sorry Allah
Sorry Jesus,
Sorry Apollo,
Sorry Yawhey, Sorry Buddha
You had your day
Made some great art
Some beatiful monuments
But that's about it
Telescopes and scientists
Discovered it
Without concocting
Religious myths
It was around
Before we could walk
It was around
Before we could talk
It never worried
About our superstitons
But it gives us answers
About the cosmos conditions
It is a reminder
That I am small
I mean nothing
To the universe at all
That's ok
I fear this not
I love the knowlege
The asteroid brought
Just to be here
Though not forever
Science amazes me
In what we discover
Oh old visitor
You humble me
The matter in you
Atoms in me
You're projected
To boomerang out
Of our solar system
Eventually
Meanwhile
It frustrates me
For all the good
I see in my species
They are far too stuck
On antiquity
Your ancient path
Is there to see
Petty temples
Needless wars
Religious tribalism
It ignores
To my species

We can do better

But this superior
Attitude
Lead a Nazi also
To the same conclusion
That by proxy of right
And that of birth
Of that of religion
And that of skin
In that of kin
You were superior
And only war
Would save your lore
A myth to score
That of fear
For others to exist
You wont ignore
If they succeed
You will bleed
So seek to dominate
Oppress based on creed
Prior to the war
You were ignorant
No human is less than
Blame your ill intent
To dominate
To make others submit
It is no way

Disturbed they are
To make a fake call
Falsely allarm
That of law
Some are bomb threats
That never were
Others of hostages
Did not occur
But why should that matter
That's bad enough
The innocet they prank
Don't deserve death
The hypocrites
Advocate protest
In Iran
Where that brings on death
We've given too much power
With good intent
Public safety
Should not be shoot first
But this is a result
Of a flooded gun market
Where law has to be trained
Always assume the worst
An innocent man
Lost his life
His crime was merely
Answering the door
It should not be
About blacks or whites
But the flooded market
That ends innocent lives
The NRA
Loves it this way
Fear between
Law and society
Their corporate overlords
Get to sell to both
Violence is profitable
It sells more guns
SWATTING and suicides
Domestic violence
The mentally ill
Not just mass shootings
The flooded market
Lack of health care
The livable wages
Are not there
All in combo
Create the fear
Firearm CEOs
Sell more shares
We have to arm
Our law enforcement
To keep us safe
Then they kill us
What of the need
Of trials an juries
If the accused
Don't make it there?
The enemy isn't
Your neighbor or law
It is the sell of fear
That arms us all

Deniers in great numbers
Say "It's cold outside"
Ignorance lumbers
Stiffles and delays
What the scientists say
It's not about
One single day
The ice caps are melting
Because of our burning
Fossil fuels
The planet is warming
Take a cooler
Fill it with ice
Cover it then
With an electric blanket
The green house gasses
Are doing just that
Big oil monopolies
Short term profits
Of course it is cold
Just like if
In the middle
Of a hot desert
Out on your porch
You kept your freezer
Lef the door open
Cold air releases
But leave it open
Long enough
The freezer would break
Cease to cool us
It is simple
Middle school math
Not about one day
But long term averages
Our planet is warming
The data proves it
Shorter winters
More intense snowstorms
It's like dumping
That ice chest on you
But someday it will no longer
Cool you
The denial dangerous
The sea levels rise
Hotter summers
More wild fires
More frequent storms
Both snow and rain
That of tornados
And hurricanes
The computer models
Are very consistent
Taking millions and millions
Of temperature data points
Over the entire planet
Over the past century
Add them up
Divide to see
The worldwide temp
IS on the rise
It's not about one day
We should not deny
Our home is heating
If we don't stop
Or slow down
We could be gone
It will cause more famine
More rise in cost

Could lead to world war

The apologist's disertation
They tout as truely amazing
But it really is nothing more
Than mental masturbation
Tedious it becomes
Wading through that wall
Giant wall of text
Like a snail crossing the Sahara
Void of any substence
Hardly explains anything
Airid mirrage logic
Fantasy still convinces them
They sell a butterfly
In reality it is a slug
Pour the salt of harsh logic
And soon it is all gone
Despite it's stubborness
Always slow to change
Our species still advances
When we question everything
Like a snail crossing the Sahara
It is worth the effort
To challenge mythology
To escape the the empty desert
We've escaped belief in sun gods
In favor of solar pannels
And we wouldn't be modern
If we didn't challenge all others
I still value the good
The empathy in my species
But religion is slow to change
And clings to absurdity
The Sahara is War And Peace
The tribes of antiquity
All want a piece
Justified by mythology
And I am crossing it
Watching everyone present

Heat beats down on me

Read the alarm clock
When you wake me up
Every day at 5am
Sometimes I pretend
To ignore you

Facing the wall

With your paws
Just under my ribs

You'll sniff my face
"Hey get out of bed"
I know it's time
For you to be fed
You know I am laughing
While you do do this
It matters not
I want to sleep in
Nor day of the week
It's always 5am
I pretend to tussle
But it's not true
I'm not really angry
At all with you

What you do
To wake me up
To get your food
I am smiling
Under my blanket

You don't understand
Where his rhetoric
Has lead in the past
You don't get to blame
Those not in power
For giving what the leader
Dishes every hour
Furhter coorbration
Is is required
Ask the New York Tribune
Also in denial
It's just politics?
It's just a game?
Vilify anyone
Who questions his name?
We are all human
But most do not
Have the same power
Of that of the top
Your boss talks of glory
America first
But plays to a base
Whom are our worst
Blame refugees
Mexicans and Arabs
Blame the democrats
Your morals are arid
Our fellow humans
Are not a seperate species
But our president
Talks with feces
To complain at this point
About those who respond
Ignors the point
We don't want to go beyond
Stop defending him
It is that simple
He is no leader

A man can get
And do horrible things
With it
The End Of Faith
Harris did pen
Discribing the menality
Of zealots when bent
But not the case
Of one man
On the net I met
From Pakistan
Like many worldwide
He got wise
Ditched the invisible
Man in the sky
And Fred Phelps son
Rightfully abandon him
All his hate filled rhetoric
The same in Pakistan
It is a myth
By proxy of birth
Of one's entire life
You buy what your parents sell
Penn in "God No"
Met a Jew after a magic show
A bacon cheesburger
And he let the past go
Mustafa is like me
Reality he can see
Anyone and everyone
Is capable of ditching mythology
It is a blatant myth
That atheist means communist
Or that we share the same nationalities
Or the same politics
Humans are not mandated
To the social norms
That their parents sell them
Before they can critically think
If that were the case
Nathan would be dad's fav
Mustafa would sell hate
And I would worship Stalin
But all of that is falling
Reality is calling
We are all one species

I have to posit
My quandry
Give it some backstory
For the title to make sense
For my old house
Was torn down
No roof, no yard
No fence
I purchased a new home
To replace the old
But dwell at a friends house
Till the new one is done
And o what fun
That of my friend
Being adicted to the internet
Of which he has none
But I make do
Finding wi fi
At the coffee shop
That is nearby
I pass a house
On my way
A cute feline stalker
Sees me as prey
Not vicious one bit
Is this kitten
One pet of it
I became smitten
But here is the problem
In my routine
That cute little bugger
Loves to follow me
I know you like me
But please don't follow
These roads are dangerous
I don't want you ran over
So I'd try to scare him
Get him to run away
Not to harm him
But to keep him safe
When that didn't work
I'd walk back
Knowing he'd follow
Me back to his yard
But that persistant
Little cute bugger
Loved the attention
Continued to follow
So back and forth
This went on
I'd try to leave him behind
And he would follow
Oblivious and friendly
Not street savy
Like ferrel cats
Who run at your sight
Finally
To my relief
10 minutes
Of this back and forth
The owner came out
And picked him up
I smiled at her
And said "I love your cat."
The battle had ended
Not that it was
That kitten held me hostage
And a hostage I was.

If the target is
Selected or random
Dead is dead
But in the media
"If it bleeds it leads"
Is what sells you
SUV'S
Sells you skin cream
Sells you cloths
But does nothing
To end the death
Is gun violence
Another product
Is it something
We should not stop?
Is it something
That is top crop
Like corn or wheat
We feed off of?
Or is it something
We care to curb
Or do we sell it
Because it disturbs
Annapolis
And yesterday
Or so it seems
Newtown and Vegas
Not to mention
Domestic violence
Suicides and accidental
Are these all products?
Motive does not matter
At all to me
Dead is dead
That is plain to see
Access is the truth
No matter how
Dead is dead
With weapon in hand
Stop blaming
The mentally ill
Stop blaming
Workplace grudge
Stop blaming
The terrorists
Stop blaming
The disturbed teen
I get it
It is always wrong
No matter the motive
Yet they all have in common
Motive is mute
When access is rampant
It does not matter
How they did it
Dead is dead
If we want to save lives
Then we have to face
Some cold hard facts
It's not about rights
It is about volume

The no rules market
Nobody is trying
To hurt honest people
Just like air bags

You killed Plato
In "The Greatest Show"
I got confused, didn't know

Essence
Then you sir Bob
Took him down

Explaind why Plato was wrong
That there is no
"Essence of"
You cannot dream of
Perfection or utopias
Utopias people still chase
In religoin and politics
Made us more divided

Have Auroras
And Io
Have volcanos?
Why does it have
A big red eye
A hurricane
Of far masive size?
Why is it
When lightening strikes
On the gas giant
Diamond hail does arise?
Why would it take
5 years to get there?
Much less 40 years
To get an object past Pluto?
Why is it Jupiter
Has Borealis?
Why does Io
Have volcanos?
Why is the universe
So damned big?
Why should humans
Think we are special?
The red eye
Hurricane
How special are we
In all of this
Io you
Humility
In accepting
The reality
That if Auroras
And volcanos can exist
In the same solar system
Even that of diamons
Why do we think
There is a god
A puppetter
Whom cares of us?
The reason we know
About Jupiter now
Io you
Honsty now
If you cant eat dimonds
Volcanos much larger
If diamons are hail
On other planets
Maybe it is incumbent
Right here and now
To accept our finality
Our finite ride
Ride we should
And study more
Problem solve
Without folklore

Warned us of his lies
Is this
The USA
Or cold Siberia
Selling fear and negitivity?
Merkel lived it
She remembers
A split Berlin
Russia's hyper nationalism
He's no Reagan
No Kennedy
He's a wrecking ball
On the world's stage
Nominates a a SCOTUS
Whose dangerous suggestion
Is to not investigate
While in office
This is not party
Not my argument
It is simply dangerous
To ignore it
Powers need checks
Otherwise what?
We mimic Sibieria
Give one man power?
The cold isolation
Is bad for the world
The idea blind trust
Is valid or good
But this is where
He wants to go
Cold to our allies
Warm to our foes
This is not
"Shaking things up"
This is the hallmark

Headed to Durham
In my panic and axiety
I almost forgot him
On the way up
My feline friend
In his kennel
Kept on meowing
So I let him out
In the van
In order to get him
To relax a bit
I arived
At the hotel
Opend the door
But did not see

Him jump out
I look back now

I am sure he thought

The attentive parents
Who don't let you sink
The ones who do it

The way you are
Heros are not
Blusterous braggarts
Telling everyone
About their conquests
Heros are anyone
No matter the age
Gender or relationship
Who come to your aid
Of a paycheck
Or political status
Of a real hero
They seek no status

Our compassion
